Create a Ritual account, then download the client for your platform. Your website username and password are also your game login.

Ritual is open for testing. Some content is incomplete and progress may be reset before release. The playtest guide explains what to try and how to report problems.

Check server status for downtime, then make sure you have the latest client from Downloads.

If it still fails, include your operating system, client version, exact error, and the time it happened when contacting support.

Request a password reset using the email attached to your account. Check your spam folder if the message does not arrive. Reset links expire after one hour and can only be used once.

If you cannot access that email or never added one, contact the team on Discord. Never share your password or a recovery link.

Yes. Log in with the same username and password. From your account page, add and verify an email address so you can recover your password later.

Log into the website before opening a provider from the vote page. Complete the vote, return to Ritual, and check whether it has been recorded. In-game, use ::claim with the same account to collect your rewards.

If a completed vote is missing, include the provider and the time you voted in your support ticket.

Log into the game with the account used for your purchase. Use ::claim and choose Store purchases to collect your bonds. Redeem a bond in-game for permanent donator rank progress and spendable points. The account redeeming it receives the rewards.

If a paid order is missing, open a billing ticket with the purchase time and order reference. Do not include card details or make another purchase to try to fix it.
