The smaller changes you will notice every session

13 October 2026

Not every useful update needs a new boss or skill. A lot of the recent work fixes the things you touch every session: moving an item, closing a menu, changing a setting or getting back to an activity.

Banking and inventory

Inventory rearranging and the bank's Release all placeholders control have been repaired. Closing the bank now also clears its search prompt from chat. Trading totals and acceptance text have received improvements, with newer reports about values, partner-item inspection and requester names being tracked separately.

Motherlode Mine has fixes for the upper hopper, Prospector Percy, upper-level ladder and teleport arrival. Available and depleted veins now have corrected presentation too.

Settings, music and interfaces

All Settings controls, F-key assignments, Escape preferences and remembered audio volumes have been restored and improved. Follow-up work addresses keybind restoration, music unmuting, camera zoom preservation and returning chat after Settings search.

Music unlocks and playlists are supported. New client profiles also receive improved chat-filter/collapse defaults while existing saved choices remain authoritative.

Skill guides have received sizing and centring fixes, alongside the tanning, Travel, Magic Mushtree and command windows. The recording below demonstrates the native guide interface; an entry in a guide is not a promise that every listed activity is implemented.

Home and travel

Eight home XP stations cover Agility, Farming, Cooking, Crafting, Smithing, Woodcutting, Firemaking and Mining. These are XP stations rather than ordinary resource-gathering spots. Recent work improves leaving their AFK interaction when you provide input.

Player following, smoother click-teleport handling and additional playtester commands are also included. ::home no longer has a cooldown, while ::unstuck keeps its ten-minute cooldown. If a server update needs a fresh client, the login guidance is now clearer about restarting.

Other changes include the website market link, Rogues' Den access, Al Kharid gate behaviour, Hero pickpockets, Draynor stalls, remote-player cleanup and native modal close buttons.

The full October change list records these alongside all the larger additions. If an old issue returns, please report it again with the exact action and your client layout; a new report can uncover a different cause even when an earlier case passed.
